Dear Doctor,
I have a daughter who is 2 years and 4 months old. I have not given her a single JE vaccination yet, when I asked the pediatritian he said that its not necessary and you dont get Japanese ensapalities in colombo. But I'm a bit worried since my friends who have even smaller kids have taken this.
Should I give this vaccination immediately, is there a risk since we have delayed it?
Please advice me.

I'm one called janak. 26 and married.. I just married.
So my problem is I cant keep my sexual organ inside the vagina more than a 1or two minute. after 1 or 2 minutes my sperms will go out. Also Same thing is happen when she touch my sexual organ. I cant stay or bear morethan a minute or two.
So my wife is not happy with this. Sometimes she's crying. We are lovers. we had 2 years loving affair and I had never been with her during that time of period.
