Answer
Since stomach is in the left side of your tummy, with advancing twin pregnancy it can get compressed. Therefore the volume of the stomach is small and this is normal during pregnancy. Small frequent meals and antacids can solve this problem . However if you experience difficulty of breathing, chest pain, palpitations with working there may be underlying heart condition which you should seek medical advice.
