Dear Dr,
Please help me on following
I am a 29 years old married women. My last period was Nov 20th 2009. Since next date is getting delayed I met a Gyn. She checked me & informed me that I have conceived & 6 weeks passed.
However, still I don't have a morning sick. But I feel a bit tightness (Bada Pipuma) in my stomach. Is there any reason behind this?
Please advise me in regard this?

Dear Gunawar,
Early pregnancy symptoms is well recognised during pregnancy, however 30 percent of pregnant population do not experience this at all. Since your doctor has confirmed your pregnancy nothing you to worry. Best of luck..
