Dear Doctor,
i'm male,23 years old undergraduate student.i have a medium built body.i feel my chest s little bit abnormal.when i get fat chest become enlarge and soften like a girl's.so i am really working hard to reduce my fat so that its become little bit normal.i don't have any other sexual problems with my sexual life.Please suggest me what should i do and whome should i consult for my problem.

Excessive enlargement of breasts in male is called "Gynaecomastia". It is generally a simple problem. please see a surgeon who will first assess you and if needed he can reduce the size by a simple surgery
