Random question

I have been having pain in my feet like burning sensation and at time acute pain. Particularly this occurs when going to bed. I used to take panadol as a pain relief. Sometimes ago a Neurophysician said that I am having Neuropathy condition. What is this is not curable.I am not diabetic.Aged 57 and weigh 85 Kgs. Height is 5' 9". I take Myotan 25 Mg twice a day for hypertension. In addition I am diagnosed to be having IBS condition and am under treatment for same. Please help.
