Question

I'm one called janak. 26 and married.. I just married.
So my problem is I cant keep my sexual organ inside the vagina more than a 1or two minute. after 1 or 2 minutes my sperms will go out. Also Same thing is happen when she touch my sexual organ. I cant stay or bear morethan a minute or two.
So my wife is not happy with this. Sometimes she's crying. We are lovers. we had 2 years loving affair and I had never been with her during that time of period.
I have heard there are some tablets which can hold this, more than a 15 or 20 minutes.
Can you please tell me the name of those tablets? This is a big help for me.
Also, Is there any permenant treatments to sort out this problem ? I expect your kind consideration. Thank you.
