Dear Doctor. i had intercorse with a women without a condum during her menses and after having intercorse i did't have wash.Now my penis is bit paining and after 2 days i can see some white colour fungus on top of the penis and top of the penis now got bigger ( edimila in sinhalise ).Now i am very scared thinking i have sexually transmitted diseases. pls advice me dontor. i am 29 old boy. She says because of menses,top of the penis got bigger & paining and white colour fungus.
Dear Doctor pls advice me. how can i check whether i have AIDS or other STD.

STDs can be acquired from unprotected intercourse. Therefore always use a condom in future. Symptoms that you have described were very non specific. Common symptoms of STDs are whitish discharge from penis, ulcers (wound) , burning sensation while passing urine. There are
