The origin of PE lies in teen age masturbation which causes over sensitization of Penile nerves(which takes the sexual nervous reflexes from penis to brain and vice versa) In PE condition when a man gets a sexual sensitization (like look to a naked women) a sexual nervous impulse is generated in penis which is carried to brain. In PE Sex centre of brain is hyperactive to such impulses so sends a signal back to seminal vesicals( which store the semen) to ejaculate. All this happens involuntarily. In PE man is unable to control the feelings of sexual excitement so he ejaculates too early. Man is unable to withstand the frictions of penis and vagina causing ejaculation in one or two strokes.

So in practice we have found that Screw Technique is far more superior methodology for training a patient to gain full control over his hypersensitive sexual reflexes. If you can follow the instructions carefully and with practice its not uncommon to hold ejaculations up to 30-40minutes in sexual course. In fact the effectiveness of this technique is that a patient can nearly double his ejaculatory time within 1 week of start of training and counseling sessions even without use of any medicine.

The basic principle of Screw Massage is giving penile nerves low potential sexual nervous signals which decrease the hypersensitivity of nerves and sex centre of brain.
This technique is far better than Start Stop technique and Squeeze technique in control of Premature Ejaculation.
In comprehensive treatment of PE its essential to train a patient how to control his sensation of ejaculation during sexual course.

In most cases we have found that a patient is shy to disscuss treatment course with his female partner and he may not want her to get involve into the treatment or training process. So this becomes a major hinderance in practical training of male patient.

Most wonderful thing with practicizing Screw Massage is that it’s all external and a PE patient can do this in his privacy for 10 minutes a day without his partner being noticing any kind of treatment. Gradually PE patient considerably improves and his ejaculation comes under control of his own will i.e. he ejaculates when he desires.
