my sun is 4years old .I coudnot give him JE at the relevent time.now ican give it to him & from where ican gine it ?(LRH is possible)

You can get JE vaccination arranged through your local MOH. Although LRH has a vaccination clinic, whether they accept patients openly from OPD, I am not sure. Alternative is to get it done though the private sector.

not fat.please give me some pills , tablets or any other treatment to reduce my breast size. Please reply me soon.

This is called Gynaecomastia. This can be easily treated. There are no pills to reduce it, but an operation can reduce the size of the breasts. Please see a general surgeon/plastic surgeon for this.
