I have a cough problem for few days. its began from fever, doctor gave me use "solvin" and other medications, when i used that one i cannot sleep, always cough coming, its very hard to sleep at night. After that medication i take medicine from family doctor. Doctor gave me dexal cough syrup. but the same problem i had after i sleep night. its very hard. please tell me what to do? may be its cough or other desease inside my body.

Dear Doctor,

My doughtier is now 1 and 1/2 years old. When she was about 5 month old we have identified that her left side of the facial movement is not active as right, specially when she was crying and smiling. We showed this to our paedriatrician and guided us to do the nerve therapy to her face. We have been doing it so far at least 1 or 2 days per week. Mean time we were asked for the second opinion and consult her to the neuro physician(One of the best neuro physician in SL). He has done a MRI scan to her brain and said no problem on her brain and ask us to continue neuro therapy as past.
Now it is about 14 months that we are continuing this process.
Even more she can not work alone and need to have some help to stand up and working. We felt that she can not balance her body herself and need some object to hold.

So, my question are as bellows:
01. Is this treatment are ok.?
02. Will it take a long time to recover?
03. Who is the best consultant for this kind of problems?
04. Is there any relationship between body balance and facial pulsy?
05. Do we need to increase the frequancy of theraphy?
06. What is the best place for neuro therapy for this kind of pulsy?

POST Operation Hysterectomy

I have had TAH 4 weeks back. How do I know my progress of recovery. Is there is a test to determine the healing progress of the incision and the vaginal incision (vaginal cuff). I was adviced not to lift anyting. After 4 weeks is it ok to lift around 3kgs ?. I have a pain right above the incision. Looks like it is a swelling but not on the incision but right above it. Any place where I can get instructions as what to do and don't durng the recovery period.

My wife who is 48 years old, had repeated urinary tract infection. She consulted a urologist recently who ordered a scan and said everything is Ok so that he did not want to go for a cystoscopy as he suggested earlier. He wanted her to continue nitrofurontine for 3 months.
