Random question
I constantly get very severe neck pain at the back of my neck if i keep my neck bent for 5 minutes. The bone/joint is promonent and it pains severely when massaged with a cream.I am unable to do anywork due to this neck pain.I consulted an orthapadic he said it wasnt serious and gave me a cream,it never worked he also said that i'm too yung to have pain in the bones what could be the cause?
